Owners of Windows Phone 8 smartphones interested in enjoying a different kind of note-taking applications on their devices can now download and install Papyrus.

The application comes as a natural handwriting note-taking app that provides smartphone owners with the possibility to use it just like they would do with paper.

However, the app also takes advantage of the features and capabilities that touchscreens offer, allowing users to take notes either with a passive stylus or with their fingers.

“The vector graphics engine keeps your notes beautiful at any zoom level and on any device, while the simple and intuitive user interface allows you to take notes quickly and efficiently,” the application’s description reads.

The app comes with undo and redo actions, selection tools, eraser, pinch-and-zoom, and other features as well. The new Papyrus for Windows Phone 8 can be downloaded from Softpedia as well.
