14 DAY TRIAL // Katie Holmes and her 7-year-old daughter Suri Cruise were swamped by the paparazzi again the other day, as they were trying to make their way to the car. In the process, one of the paps called little Suri a “brat.”
Video of the incident, which has already gone viral, is embedded below.
As you can see, the moment Suri makes it to the top of the stairs, she’s crying for her mother, blinded (I assume) by the flashes and overwhelmed by the crowd of people around her.
On the way, she’s constantly yelling at them to “stop it!” and “get out of the way, we’re trying to get to our car!,” pretty much like I imagine any normal 7-year-old would do under the circumstances.
As she’s climbing into the car, one of the paps yells back at her “Bye Suri, you little brat!.”
I personally find it upsetting that, besides having to deal with this kind of attention on a daily basis, celebrity kids would also have to deal with being called names, when all Suri did this time was ask for some space, the best way she knew how.
