Today, South Korean mobile phone maker Pantech made official a new LTE-enabled device powered by Google’s Android operating system, namely the Pantech Vega S5 Special (IM-A840SP).
The smartphone is expected to become available for purchase in the company’s homeland market on the network of wireless carrier SK Telecom, packing a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, a recent article on Blog of Mobile reports.
Packing a Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon chipset, the handset will also feature a 5-inch HD screen, along with a 13-megapixel photo snapper on the back, and a 2MP front camera.
Furthermore, it is said to sport Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, NFC capabilities, 1GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal memory (paired with a microSD memory card slot), while being powered by a 2100 mAh battery.
Pantech Vega S5 Special IM-A840SP should arrive on shelves in Black and White flavors.
