CP+ Camera & Photo Imaging Show 2014 is just around the corner, and some of the most important players on the digital camera market are expected to finally reveal their latest camera models.

Panasonic's GH 4K is one of the most expected interchangeable lens cameras and, as we previously reported, the Nippon manufacturer will introduce it at a press conference on February 7, at 5-6AM GMT.

According to 43rumors, trusted sources claim that the Panasonic GH 4K comes with an improved 16MP sensor that was optimized to deliver high-quality video capabilities. The same sources say that early tests show no improvements in the quality of the photos.

Moreover, in order to optimize heat dissipation, Panasonic has redesigned the entire circuitry around the sensor. Panasonic GH 4K will be capable of capturing top-notch 4K video footage at 200Mbps and features an ALL-I intra mode. The camera is expected to hit market shelves at a price around $2,000 / €1,467.
