While everyone is waiting for Panasonic's latest interchangeable lens camera, the GH 4K, the Nippon electronics maker has just released a new firmware update for its DMC-G6 and DMC-GF6 cameras.

The new firmware update doesn't do much, but if you have been experiencing connection problems when trying to link any of the aforementioned Panasonic cameras with your Apple Mac computer, you should know that version 1.2 comes with a fix for this issue.

In addition to that, the new Panasonic DMC-G6 firmware also comes with a small improvement that will enhance responsiveness of the Eye Sensor when automatically switching between LVF and LCD display.

If you own any of these Panasonic mirrorless cameras and you want to take advantage of the latest firmware updates, you should use the links below to download the version suited for your model.
