The new lens cap is designed for 37mm filter diameter lenses

With the Fujifilm X-T1 revealed today and the Olympus E-M10 announcement tomorrow, everyone is now expecting to see an official press release for the Panasonic GH 4K mirrorless camera.

Today, Panasonic Japan has introduced the new DMW-LFC27A lens cap designed to fit interchangeable lenses with a 37mm filter diameter. The new lens cap comes in two colors (Silver and Black) to match the color version of your lens.

The DMW-LFC27A lens cap is compatible with all Panasonic MFT (Micro Four Thirds) cameras from the LUMIX G series equipped with any lens having a 37mm filter diameter.

Earlier today, two trusted sources have revealed that the Panasonic GH 4K MFT camera will be unveiled by the Nippon manufacturer on February 7. For the moment, it is known that the GH 4K is capable of capturing 4K video footage at 200Mbps and features an ALL-I intra mode. The Panasonic GH 4K mirrorless camera will hit market shelves at a price of around $2,000 / €1,467.
