Taking into consideration the title of Pamela Anderson's latest movie, many claim that it can't be but a huge flop at the box office. That, supposing that it ever gets a theatrical release and not go straight to DVD, of course.
Withstanding all the criticism, one must keep an open mind and admit that the possibility exists of it turning out to be a huge success. However, if it flops, no one can say that it happened for the lack of publicity and the main stars, Pamela Anderson and Denise Richards, are the living proof of that.
A couple of days ago, the producers of the comedy reported that the set was so 'invested' with paparazzi (actually, they said, 'unauthorized persons') that working for the film had become increasingly more difficult. As a matter of fact, the intrusion proved so excessive that Richards took the issue into her own hands and acted violently towards two photographers by hurling their laptops over a balcony and hitting two elderly women.
Miss Richards promptly apologized for the outburst, saying that she is not usually prone to violence but was 'pushed' into acting this way by the meddling paps. The incident was solved 'amicably', with no one getting prosecuted or charged.
When the dust seemed to have settled on the Canadian set, Pamela Anderson also felt as if she had some thing to say herself and thought that she might stop the media from coming on location by... insulting its representatives. Now, that's diplomacy!
'I can't believe the set is surrounded by loser paparazzi - not Canadian - all American and European. Leave us alone!!! They are being super idiots!!! Yelling rude stuff. They need to really go home! What is the big deal? All this big hairy men attacking us girls. A-holes!!!', was Pammy's message to the paparazzi posted on her website.
As for the Richards incident, Anderson's story is identical with that of the 'assailant': 'Paparazzi were shouting out, "no wonder you can't keep a relationship together" to Denise. Denise walked up to them. They threatened her and something happened. Normally I don't care but I feel protective of Denise - I can relate. If it were me I would have thrown the photographers over the edge - they got lucky', the former 'Baywatch' beauty explained.
