Former "Baywatch" actress Pamela Anderson won yesterday a restraining order against an obsessive fan, who stalked her and her family.
Superior Court Judge Linda K. Lefkowitz from Santa Monica ordered Peter Stansfield, 29 to stay away from Anderson for three years, calling the evidences against him "sufficient, clear and convincing".
Neither Anderson nor Stansfield were present in court.
According to the court papers, obtained by US news show Extra, Pamela Anderson alleges the obsessed admirer has harassed her brother, her assistant and, most recently, showed up at her children's school.
The same official documents mark Anderson's confrontation with William Stansfield at her children Brandon and Dylan's school, stating: "He began talking to me, explaining that he wanted me to stop working on Stacked (new TV sitcom) and work on a movie with a script that he had written for me".
Anderson's lawyer, John Gatti, stated outside the court: "Ms. Anderson is rightfully a concerned parent. She's concerned for the safety of her children and other children at the school. This was improper conduct at the school, and it's the kind of conduct that goes way beyond the bounds of decency."
