I'm not sure how many of you knew that the sultry Pamela Anderson has a Finnish heritage. Yes she does. In fact, her grandfather is Finnish and he taught Pamela to speak his native tongue before she was 10 years old. It seems that Pamela can still speak a bit of Finnish, and she has proved that while visiting Finland.
What is the "Baywatch" star doing there? Well, she is currently touring the Scandinavian country with her dad, Barry Anderson. Seems that she enjoyed remembering the Finnish language so much that she decided to enrich her vocabulary. This should pass in a short amount of time. The main reason why she is visiting Finland is because she wants her father to see the country in which she grew up. She has stated that this has always been her dream.
The really interesting part of the story is that Pamela intends to celebrate her Finnish heritage by opening up a chain of strip clubs. Caught you a bit off guard, eh? Well, you're never gonna guess the name of these strip clubs. They will be called "Lapland". For those of you who don't know, that's the name of a Finnish province that is allegedly the home of dear old Santa Clause.
Business aside, Pamela also wants to build a summer residence in Finland, to which she can retreat every year from now on during the summer. That should allow the 39-year-old former playmate to enjoy the unique midnight sun.
While in Finland, Pamela Anderson is also appealing for the closure of fur farms. She also posed naked a while back for the same cause initiated by PETA.
One thing's for sure: Pamela sure does what she does best and keeps herself busy.
