Since her appearance on the previous season of Dancing With the Stars was so well received, Pamela Anderson is giving dance a serious try by going on an international tour with her partner. TMZ has learned that the financially troubled star is looking to maximize her profits by putting in appearances on television shows from all around the world, in what could be seen as a dance tour.
She will not do it alone, of course, as her DWTS partner Damian Whitewood will also be accompanying her, which was to be expected since they made such an excellent pair on the show.
“Pam Anderson is still parlaying her Dancing With the Stars stint into cold, hard cash – sources close to the show tell us Pam isn’t just keeping up with her partner – the two are planning a world tour,” TMZ reports.
As of now, Pamela’s partner Damian will only confirm that they’re to do the Australian version of the show but inside sources claims there’s more to come.
“According to our sources, the duo’s upcoming appearances across the planet aren’t affiliated with the star-studded dancing competition,” TMZ writes.
“As for how it got started – we’re told Pam’s been getting offers to shake it on various TV shows in Japan, Israel, Australia and Europe ever since her stint on the show earlier this year... and she decided, why not?” the same media outlet says.
As we
also reported on several previous occasions, one year ago, word got out that Anderson was
heavily in debt (to the tune of $1.2 million), having not paid her taxes in a long time.
As such, she’s looking to make money off whatever she can. Judging by her performances on DWTS, she stands to win big bucks with this tour.
“According to our sources, no contracts have been signed yet – but we’re told you can expect to catch the Dancing alums on the global circuit some time between now and the end of the year,” TMZ informs.
