PalmSoft Announcing Inferi Dii

PalmSoft Technologia is announcing the launch of their latest game, Inferi Dii, a fun-filled action

game. Now, for those that skipped the Mythology lesson (if there is such a thing), the Inferi Dii were the Roman gods of the underworld.

In fact, the whole game is based on the Myth of Persephone’s Abduction. According to the Greek Myth, Hades, god of death abducts Persephone and forces her to become his wife in the underworld.

Her mother - Demeter, the goddess of agriculture - seeking to rescue her daughter, searches for heroes who can undertake such a challenge.

Two heroes decide to help and are promised a mythical artifact that can change the course of war if they succeed. What comes next is pretty predictable. Defeat the monstrous three-headed dog, Cerberus as well as other monstrous creatures like medusas or a Minotaur, prove your bravery and wit, finally reach Hades and defeat him as well in order to finally reunite the damsel in distress with her mother and get the valuable artifact. Pretty simple huh? Not quite.

The game is packed with challenges and movie-like cut-scenes, promising to keep you entertained for some time. You’ll get to chose between the two heroes, one Greek and the other Roman, enjoy 3D sceneries all through the game and slash your enemies with special moves.

If indeed you are to succeed, Demeter will award you the Helm of Hades, a mythical artifact that can change the course of the Greco-Roman war, enough to make any Greek or Roman hero proud.
