Palm Pixi, the second mobile phone Palm delivers to the market with its webOS platform on board, will become available for purchase on Sprint's network as soon as November 15 is here. The carrier already announced the launch date and the pricing of the handset, and most of you might already know that it will have the new webOS phone available for $99.99 on a two-year contract with a $100 mail-in rebate, yet you might also want to learn that there is an even better deal for it.

The Palm Pixi will also be put on sale via a series of Sprint retail partners, and Walmart is one of them. While Sprint will have the phone priced at $99.99, Wlamart will sell it for only $29, without the mail-in rebate Sprint asks for. One should agree that, while the Sprint pricing doesn't seem that appealing, the new offering from Walmart, through its partner LetsTalk, seem very attractive to any user out there.

The second webOS handset from Palm is a nice looking piece of hardware. Not only does it sport attractive hardware specifications, but the software is also something that can make users rejoice. It sports a QWERTY keyboard, just as the bigger brother Palm Pre, only that it loses the sliding form factor. Moreover, it still comes with the same software solution, and even includes the Palm Synergy, as well as powerful communications and connectivity options.

Those who are not yet too familiar with the device can check out a photo gallery with live images of Palm Pixi, available over at precentral. Additionally, one might want to take a look at the first commercial with the phone, which has just been delivered into the wild, and which is quite different from what we were accustomed to see featuring the Palm Pre. You can find the video below, as well as some live photos of the handset.
