Twenty-four-year-old Taipei-based company Palit has just announced the GeForce GTX 670 JetStream custom video card, on its official website. Just like many other GTX 670 cards launched this week, the GeForce GTX 670 JetStream custom video card comes with original cooling system and higher working frequencies.

Palit’s custom GTX 670 uses two 90-millimeter fans for the cooling system and the company claims it is able to get a medium working temperature that’s 7 degrees Celsius lower than on the reference design.

The GeForce GTX 670 JetStream is one of the few GTX 600 series cards that comes with factory overclocked memory frequencies.

The JetStrem has a 1006 MHz GPU default frequency that can be upped to 1084 MHz when boost is active. The 2GB of GDDR5 memory is slightly overclocked to an effective 6108 MHz and thus, Palit claims their implementation offers 12 percent higher 3D performance.

Here are Palit’s GeForce GTX 670 JetStream official special features :

LED Lighning : Fancy blue LED lighting on the Palit Jetstream’s thermal solution provides ambient lighting to further immerse gamers into the gaming world.

DrMOS : DrMOS, originally only available for high-end server CPUs, is now available in all its glory in the next generation of Palit graphics cards. DrMOS offers high current circuits, low noise operation, and effective reduction of heat output.

TurboFAN Blade : TurboFan Blade design is developed by the concept of turbojet engine which emphasize on the power of thermal performance at maximum air flow and air pressure. It can provide the best thermal solution to the graphics card.

There is word that the two fans can rotate in different directions to improve air flow and decrease turbulence, but we were unable to find this information on the official website material.

Pricing has not been made available yet.
