Pakistani hacktivists plan on celebrating the country’s Independence Day, August 14, by launching cyberattacks against India’s government, military and businesses. In addition, they also plan on targeting several Indian hacker groups.

According to a statement published on Pastebin, several Pakistani hacktivist collectives will take part in the operation, including the Pakistan Cyber Eaglez, Pakhtun and xL3gi0nHackers.

The hackers will target India, which they call a “puppet” of the US and Israel, for several reasons.

“This is for revenge of Snowden, revenge for Kashmir, revenge for ISI leak, revenge for Pakistan Army site hack, revenge for India partnership in Afghan Khorasan with USA,” the hackers stated.

“We will show Indian people their own hacker skids cannot save and protect themselves,” they added.

The Indian hacker groups targeted in this campaign are India Cyber Pirates, IndiShell, India Cyber Army, IndianHacker and others.

Update. Representatives of the Pakistan Cyber Army say they're not involved in the operation against India.

“[The post] was submitted by some newbies who want to be famous,” the hackers of Pakistan Cyber Army said.

Update2. Pakistan Cyber Eaglez also claim they're not involved in this operation.
