PS3 Versions of BioShock Infinite in Europe Won't Have Free BioShock 1

PlayStation 3 editions of BioShock Infinite in Europe won't include a free copy of the original BioShock 1, as 2K Games UK confirmed that the North American promotional scheme won't arrive anywhere else.

Those interested in BioShock Infinite were thrilled to hear earlier this year that the PlayStation 3 edition of the game comes with a free copy of the original BioShock.

Sadly, this great deal won't appear anywhere else except North America, as publisher 2K told Videogamer that the deal is exclusive to that region and won't be released anywhere else.

That's rather unfortunate but, considering BioShock 1 came out quite a long time ago, plenty of people can find it for a low price on any platform.

BioShock Infinite is out on February 26, 2013, for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
