Fake PSP Phone?

I already know your first reaction while reading the title of the article : "What the? .." And your first thought: "Gotta' get me one of those!". We'd all like to own a similar gadget if it were legal and if it weren't infringing tons of existing patents... It seems that we're dealing with a phone that was made in China and as unbelievable as it may seem it's PS3 branded and uses the Microsoft Windows operating system.

The fun list of specs doesn't end here, since the PS3 Phone features Nintendo emulators, among which the VNES, a popular NES emulator for mobile phones. If you're into details and stuff, you'll surely want to know that the gadget was made in "Koera" as you can see etched on the phone's back. It's not my type-o, but exactly the word that's printed on the strange device. I'm sure that we won't be seeing the console-phone in Europe or the US too soon, specially because Nintendo and Sony would never sell their patents and games cheap to an anonymous developer from "Koera"-land.

In case you were browsing the Internet yesterday instead of enjoying the Thanksgiving dinner with your family, you might have noticed that all major console fan virtual communities were flooded by a rumor which claimed that Sony's about to get involved in a PSP Phone project. The company's representatives denied the claims, but the entire story may have started because of the above-mentioned Chinese gadget. I've seen tons of small developers creating their own gadgets instead of waiting for major companies to develop them, but none of them have what it takes to make it to the top.

Maybe there's even a portable Xbox 360 lurking out there, with tons of cool features that we'll never see on a PSP, DS or GBA. Too bad we'll never see them on the US or European market, though.
