Minor release, it adds support for HTTPS and file URL protocol

The fresh build for PS3 Media Server does not come with a huge list of changes, but brings to the table modifications that regard the FFmpeg engine.

The developer added a fix for a problem with the audio channel options and included support for HTTPS. Moreover, the new build comes with support for the file URL protocol (file://).

In Media Parser component, the audio channel parsing has been repaired. A more important fix addresses an issue that affected the Mac version; it refers to the "Can't assign requested address" bug, which should no longer manifest on Mac systems that have updated to Java 1.6.0_45.

Updating to the fresh release from PS3 Media Server 1.70 and above requires removing old versions before installing the new one.
