PHP, an HTML-embedded scripting language with syntax borrowed from C, Java and Perl with a couple of unique PHP-specific features thrown in, has been updated to version 5.5.0 Alpha 4.
Highlights for PHP 5.5.0 Alpha 4:
• Object members got trimmed by zero bytes; • RFC has been implemented for Class Name Resolution As Scalar Via "class" Keyword; • DateTimeImmutable has been added (a variant of DateTime that only returns the modified state instead of changing itself); • Locale number format settings no longer can cause pg_query_params to break with numerics.
You can check out the official changelog in the readme file incorporated in the source package.
