PETA reveals shocking billboard, hopes to convince people to stop eating meat

Earlier today, we reported on how PETA now wishes to convince people that becoming vegetarians is beneficial both to animals, and to their health.

More so given the fact that the US is presently facing a troubling obesity epidemic which only stands to worsen as the years go by.

In order to do this, the organization plans to have rather shocking billboards installed in various cities across the US.

The image they have chosen to display on these billboards is that of a man whose plump abdomen has a pig's snout instead of a bellybutton.

The message they are trying to get across is pretty straightforward: “You Are What You Eat: Go Vegan.”

However, as well intended as this organization might be, odds are that such banners will end up offending some people and spark quite the controversy.
