Good news for Konami’s PES 2015 fans, as developer announced the game would be getting a another major update later today. The upcoming “Data Pack 2” update will be available for free to all Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 owners.

According to Konami, the major update should bring no less than four new teams, more than 70 player faces (73 to be more precise), four stadiums and a number of key advances to the popular myClub mode.

Given the fact that PES 2015 has exclusivity over the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa Cup competitions, players will now also have access to official recreations of FC Basel 1893, Besiktas, FC Bate Borisov and NK Maribor.

The new teams to be added via “Data Pack 2” will be fully licensed in the game, and should include respective team kits, rosters and iconography.

Among the 73 new player faces included in the update, Konami confirmed only a few, such as José Callejón, Aaron Ramsey, Karim Bellarabi and Gerard Deulofeu.

Young stars such as England left-back Luke Shaw, Spanish star Iker Munian and Portugal’s Ruben Neves will also be part of the update as well.

Those who aren’t happy about the new players faces to be added to PES 2015 should know that all 73 updated players have been selected based on community requests worldwide. More faces will be introduced in the coming updates, so these won’t be the last you’ll see being added to the game.

As the title mentions, “Data Pack 2” will also bring four new stadiums including Estadio do Morumbi, Saitama Stadium, El Comumental and Estadio Mineirao.

Keep in mind though that the latter will be exclusive to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Furthermore, 10 new boots will be added to the game from famous brands including Adidas, Umbro and Mizuno.

Event Competitions will be available for a limited time and will offer rewards to winning players

With the Event Competitions, myClub will now provide PES 2015 players with new ways to achieve more points for their team. There will be a new panel added to the main menu screen, and Event Competitions will be open for limited times only.

All players will be matched online, in one-off games or tournaments and a scalable selection of rewards will be gifted to the winning players. Additionally, Konami will also make a tournament against AI-controlled players available as well, with players matched against teams of similar ability.

Last but not least, Konami confirmed that all player moves have been finalized and that additional January moves and loans will be constantly updated via PES 2015’s weekly stat updates.
