Konami has released a new statement for PES 2014 owners on Xbox 360, confirming that a fix to enable the online mode will finally be released in the near future, following two broken updates that have appeared since the game's launch last month.

PES 2014 launched on September 20 for the PS3 and Xbox 360, and was followed by a day-one update that actually added several online modes in the multiplayer.

That first patch didn't behave as intended on the Xbox 360, so Konami soon launched another update, which once again caused errors for the majority of console owners.

Now, the company has confirmed on Facebook that yet another patch to fix these issues will appear in the future. As of yet, it can't say for sure when it will be deployed, as it's still working with Microsoft.

Following the fix, a fresh update will be released both on the PS3 and Xbox 360 for PES 2014.
