New Game World is a rather new online game publisher. That surely won't stop you from joining the Immortals closed beta which is now... well, open. No really, they're calling it "Not So Closed Beta." That's right, this is your first chance to get a glimpse at this free-to-play MMORPG.

"Immortals has been in stealth mode, up until today," said Steve Wade, Vice President of Marketing and Development at New Game World, Inc. " It's not that we didn't want to generate buzz, we just thought it was best cross all of our "T"s and dot all of our "I"s with little hearts before making any kind of announcement."

Interested? Of course you are. Well, if you want to be part of the Not So Closed Beta which is now live until July (when the Beta officially starts), as the official report informs, all you have to do is visit this site, in order to sign up and start playing.

Immortals has its roots in Ancient Chinese Mythology, bringing the ancient conflict to a whole new level with four races divided into two warring factions. In the Not So Closed Beta, players will have access to 4 fully customizable races: Demon, Dragon, Deity, and Human. The game is filled with challenging quests, unique titles, fame system, and even a pet system where players can start to raise and ride their pets at level 20.

Each area has a unique feel and fabulous art, as the press release reveals. The deities fly and the dragons live in an underwater realm. The action is awesome and the world is incredible. The struggle for the survival of each race is the challenge that every player has to face. Whether chasing down and battling a mythological beast for a rare item or leading your guild into a fierce battle against an opposing force, one thing is certain, the battle will be immortal.
