“Oz the Great and Powerful” Gets New Pics

Disney chose Comic-Con 2012 to unveil the first poster and trailer for its upcoming “Oz the Great and Powerful,” but it's surely not wasting any time in capitalizing on the attention it got at the festival.

A fresh batch of photos has been released, showing off the amazing work of production designer Robert Stromberg.

Check out the pics in the gallery below.

Stromberg's credits also include Tim Burton's “Alice in Wonderland,” “Avatar” and Disney's “Maleficent,” which is still shooting. In other words, the man knows his stuff.

Directed by Sam Raimi, “Oz” stars James Franco, Michelle Williams, Rachel Weisz and Mila Kunis, and will be out in March 2013 in 3D.
