WK Waterblocks has definitely picked up steam, and the maker of special-purpose CPU and GPU coolers has revealed its latest product, a thermal interface suited to AMD central and accelerated processing units.

That includes AM3+ compatible FX processors (Bulldozer and Vishera), as well as FM2 Trinity APUs.

The Indigo Xtreme is an Engineered Thermal Interface (ETI) that fits between the CPU and a waterblock or heatsink.

In other words, it is a self-contained, sealed substitute for thermal paste that fills surface asperities on the CPU lid and heat sink, thus making sure the heat from the chip is drawn out as efficiently as possible.

The EK Webshop has all the information and is also the place where orders can be placed. The price is a bit steep though: 21.95 Euro / $21.95-28.71.
