14 DAY TRIAL // Overlord has been on the PC Market for some time and it even saw add-ons. Somebody at Codemasters thought this is the time to introduce some pure evil essence on the Playstation 3 and here we are today, with Overlord: Raising Hell shipping all over the world.
Some of you might be unfamiliar with the entire setting of Overlord, so I'm going to summarize its Universe: you are? an Overlord bent on world domination using the mighty powers of you minions. Returned from the dead, you must retake your rightful place and rule once more. In Rising Hell, an undead army is threatening your dominion and your supremacy is challenged. Your only option is to unleash once more the maniac minion horde and start the extermination of the world? again.
Using the power of Blu-ray, more content has been added to your dungeon and tons of other features like head-to-head slaughter, online cooperative gameplay and enhanced visuals (so you can better observe the atrocities you're about to commit). The new additions don't stop here, so the game also has support for 7.1 surround system, slit-screen play, an onscreen mini-map more tactics to help the Overlord leave a trail of death and destruction never witnessed in human history.
The game is developed by the same studio that did all the other titles in the series, Triumph Studios and if you are not convinced yet, you can always pick a demo from Playstation Network. Don't forget that there aren't any other games out there in which you can let all that anger out and feel good doing it. All the morals of the normal word are upside down in Overlord's universe so let your primitive mind take control and don't leave the console until you feel completely satisfied and your bloodlust consumed!
