Over 100 Thailand Government Websites Hacked and Defaced

The sites were all hosted on the same vulnerable server

Hackers have breached a server that hosts websites from Thailand. As a result, they’ve defaced 234 websites, over 100 of which are owned by the government of Thailand.

According to The Hackers Post, the server has been breached by Pakistani hacker Reaper Grim of Xploiter Crew. He added defacement pages under the name “lol.html” to each of the defaced websites.

However, I’ve found that the homepages of many of the Thailand government websites had been defaced by a group called Falcons Team.

Reaper Grim just wrote “OMG What the h311 is this?” on the defaced pages. The Falcons, on the other hand, wrote a long message about Islam and Christianity.

At the time of writing, many of the Thailand government websites are still defaced. Some of them have been taken down altogether while others have been restored.
