14 DAY TRIAL // A new trailer for “Out of the Furnace,” director Scott Cooper’s most recent film, has been released. You can see it in full and in HD in the video above.
Christian Bale and Casey Affleck play two brothers who, despite all differences they might fight over, will go to the end of the earth for each other.
Turns out that this is exactly what Bale’s character must do when his brother, a soldier who just served in Iraq, goes missing after falling in with a local criminal, played by Woody Harrelson.
All goes downhill from then on.
The cast also includes Forest Whitaker, Willem Dafoe, Sam Shepard, and Zoe Saldana, and the trailer paints a very grim, violent, and messed up story that will probably leave few dry eyes in the house.
“Out of the Furnace” will be out on December 6 and I honestly don’t know about you, but I plan on seeing it when it drops in theaters.
