Both Jennifer Lawrence and Lupita Nyong’o were nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the Oscars 2014 for “American Hustle” and “12 Years a Slave,” respectively. Lupita won, but Jennifer is probably not holding a grudge.

If anything, she seemed in the mood for jokes right after she had lost to Lupita.

The photo above, now circulating on Twitter, was snapped backstage in the press room, after Lupita had accepted her award, in what is widely considered one of the most touching and heartfelt speeches of the night.

It shows Jennifer going for Lupita’s Oscar, trying to rip it out of her hands, while she’s resisting fiercely. The two are obviously just messing around and cracking jokes for the cameras, which is something both are known to do, but especially Jennifer, who has a reputation for not being able to keep a straight face.

Speaking of straight faces, Jennifer made her big entrance at the Oscars this year by tripping and falling to her knees on the red carpet, minutes after she’d gotten out of her car.

Thanks to a couple of very eager police officers and her entourage, she was scooped up from the ground immediately, but she still had a hearty laugh on account of the mishap.
