14 DAY TRIAL // The 2013 Oscars won’t take place until the second half of February, but the Academy is already making sure you get hyped up about the awards show, which will be hosted by Seth MacFarlane this year. Here are the brand new promos just released.
Yesterday, the nominees were announced by Seth and Emma Stone: you can see the broadcast in the last video embedded below, just to help you get an idea of what you’re to expect from the 3-hour Oscarcast.
Other than that, the promos are funny: they’re cute and irreverent and right on point. Then again, the same applied to those shot by Anne Hathaway and James Franco in 2011, and we all know how that turned out.
Whether Seth will be able to power through this remains to be seen. The Academy Awards 2013 will air live on ABC on February 24.
