Designer Michael Badger, who has recently been proclaimed the winner of the latest Red Carpet Green Dress challenge, will soon be back in the spotlight, courtesy of actress Naomie Harris' wearing one of his creations at the Oscars.

What makes this dress so very special is that fact that it will be made entirely from organic GOTS certified silk Crepe De Chine, sources say.

Furthermore, rumor has it that the gown will owe its color to Michael Badger's using solely plant-based dyes.

To cut a long story short, Naomi Harris' dress is bound to make a case about the importance of safeguarding the natural world and promoting sustainability.

“We are very excited to have Naomie aboard. She’s a spirited, intelligent, gorgeous woman with a strong sense of moral responsibility, and I believe she will represent us well,” said Suzy Amis Cameron, the founder of the Red Carpet Green Dress challenge.
