Deadline reports that the Oscarcast will include several live performances from famous musicals, “Les Miserables” being one of them.
Jennifer Hudson will perform a “Dreamgirls” tribute, Catherine Zeta-Jones will perform a song from “Chicago,” while the three “Les Mis” stars will reprise, albeit for this one time, their roles in the critically acclaimed film.
As all movie buffs must already know, “Les Miserables” is also one of the favorites of the night at the prestigious awards show, with Anne Hathaway almost a sure win in the Best Supporting Actress category.
The 2013 Academy Awards will take place this Sunday, February 24.
