Perhaps even more surprising was that she opted to wear a dress that left so little to the imagination.

While it’s still a mystery why Brandi would even be invited at the Oscars (showing up makes sense, since she has a book to promote), it’s even more shocking that she’d come wearing a dress two sizes too small.
I mean, her cleavage is practically down to her navel and no, it doesn’t look good.
The dress itself is not bad and it could have totally looked good on her if it fit her right across the chest, but it didn’t.
Because of this, because she took “tantalizing” and turned it into “vulgar,” fashion insiders have included Brandi on their worst dressed lists – and she’s sitting pretty at the top.
