Adele couldn’t be at the Brit Awards 2013 last week, where she won Best Single, because she was in LA rehearsing for her performance at the Oscars 2013. You can now see what she’s been working on in the video below.

For the biggest night of the year in the film industry, Adele performed the theme from the latest James Bond film, “Skyfall,” which also landed her a nomination in the Best Original Song category.

More than a nomination, it landed her a win, as I already informed you earlier today.

With this in mind and considering that this year’s Oscars included a James Bond tribute on the occasion of the film franchise’s 50th anniversary, it makes sense to have Adele singing “Skyfall.”

And boy did she sing!

The new mommy looked stunning in a sparkly dress and her trademark big hair and pinup-inspired makeup but, more importantly, she sounded truly amazing.

Check out the performance and, of course, enjoy!
