One of the highlights of the Oscars 2011 was the music video mash-up. Featuring auto-tuned dialog from some of last year’s biggest hits at the box office, the video was considered one of the funniest moments of the night.

Since “Auto-Tune the News” went viral, together with videos like the “Bed Intruder Song” with Antoine Dodson, to name only the most popular, auto-tuning has proved a perfect vehicle for laughter.

Still, it’s a wonder that an awards ceremony as traditional as the Oscars would include it, but that was perhaps part of the Academy’s attempt at bringing in new segments of the audience.

The video, which you can also see embedded at the end of the article, included footage and dialog from some of the best selling movies of 2010, even if two of them, for instance, had nothing to do with the Oscars.

In fact, “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” was actually the most nominated film at the Razzies 2011. As we also informed you yesterday, it didn’t win anything, being beaten to the punch by “The Last Airbender” and “SATC 2.”

Back to the mash-up video, it opens with a scene from the blockbuster “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1,” the installment before the last, which comes out next year.

It shows Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) and Hermione Granger (Emma Watson), with Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe) looking on, singing “Tiny Ball of Light.”

Next up is “We’re Still Here,” as “performed” by Woody and the gang from “Toy Story 3.” This one is shorter than the Harry Potter one.

Sean Parker (as portrayed by Justin Timberlake) does next “Fishing for Facebook” in an auto-tuned scene from “The Social Network,” one of last night’s biggest winners.

There is also a scene from “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse,” even though, as noted above, the film had no other connection to the Oscars than that of being included in this mash-up.

The bit is called “He Doesn’t Own a Shirt” and is performed by Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson). Also included in it are Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) and the man with no shirt, Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner).

For the rest of the mash-up watch the video below and, useless to say, enjoy.
