One month after he was granted bail in his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp's murder trial, Oscar Pistorius is now free to leave the country.

The athlete's defense team has secured a win after appealing a judge's decision banning him from leaving South Africa during court proceedings.

Daily Mail notes that Pistorius will be allowed to exit the country as long as he provides law enforcement with a schedule of his track meets and other activities.

His attorney has explained that he needs to compete in track meets in order to support himself financially.

Although he has no intention of entering any competitions at the moment, Pistorius says that he plans to do so in the future, and complains about his strict bail conditions that make him feel under “house arrest.”
