For quite some time now, Jenny Webb has been looking after an orphaned baby elephant named Moses.

The calf has been found by rangers close to a riverbed in Malawi, hence his biblical name.

Apparently, Jenny found that she had no choice but to raise Moses herself after the people in charge of running Malawi's national parks explained that they simply did not have enough money to provide for the young elephant.

Luckily for Moses, Jenny is the proud founder of an orphanage for large animals, and can therefore take really good care of him.

As was to be expected, this lead to their sharing an amazing bond with each other.

“Elephants are extremely sensitive. It amazed me. We think of elephants as big, strong creatures but they are very emotional. Moses picks up on my feelings. If I am sad, he is nurturing. If I am angry, he quickly gets upset,” Jenny told members of the press.

It is believed that the baby elephant's mother has been killed by poachers.

I admire people so much who put there time, money and hearts into providing sancturies for these beautiful animals. I don't understand with all the rich people there are in the world why they wont help by putting all their millions towards building more sancturies and help stop poaching, whats wrong with them. Thank you to those who are not selfish and I promise if ever I am blessed to ever be rich I will make sure that there will never be another pocher in existance, even if I have to comb the who earth eliminating them. I will dedicate my life to protect animals.
