If you’re an X-Men fan and have been patiently waiting for more details on the “Wolverine” sequel, a spinoff from the series, today is your lucky day. Read on for what could be a huge *spoiler*.

“The Wolverine” is now shooting in Sydney, with Hugh Jackman already there, reprising his role as Wolverine. He’s not the only one doing so, Ain’t It Cool News reports.

Famke Janssen, who played Jean Grey in the first three “X-Men” films, has also been spotted on the set, which brings up a lot of questions about where “The Wolverine” would fit in as regards chronology.

“This would imply that perhaps Jean Grey and Wolverine crossed paths before the first X-MEN, which, if memory serves correctly, really gave no indication that they ever knew each other, although, in that film, Jackman's character has no real recollection of the past, but... well, you'd think Grey would have said something, no?” AICN asks.

As of now, no official word from the movie studio.

If Janssen is only shooting a cameo (as opposed to a chunkier role), it might not even say anything on the record about it, lest it ruined the surprise for fans.
