Orico has just launched the XG-2501p 2.5-inch SATA HDD/SSD enclosure, the XG-3502i, essentially a slot-in docking-station for the XG-2501p, and the combo-package XG-2516s which includes both of the others.
In that order, they are
reportedly priced at $5, $7.8 and $11, or 3.81 Euro, 5.95 Euro and 8.40 Euro, respectively.
The XG-2501p enclosure is sold in one of a multitude of colors, meaning that Orico did its best to appeal to all tastes.
Meanwhile, the XG-3502i is meant to rest inside a desktop's exposed 3.5-inch drive bay. The XG-2501p is inserted easily into it and can be taken out by pressing the mechanical eject button. An activity indicator is present as well.
Together, the products form the X-Gear modular storage system.
