Movie director Guy Ritchie and his wife Madonna recently confessed they are ordinary people, who would rather spend their evening in a pub away from the paparazzi than going to glamorous party with all kind of celebrities.
The couple declared they are tired by the media attention, expensive tastes and marital tensions. Ritchie professed: "Other than the fact that I like a country house, I can't think of anything I'd want to spend my money on."
Guy married Madonna on December 22, 2000 at Skibo Castle in Scotland, and they have one child together. They are both ardent devotees of the controversial quasi-mystical Kabbalah Centre and donate much money and time to practicing and spreading its teachings.
Ritchie said: "We're not unique. We're quite volatile as individuals, but that doesn't work exponentially when we are together. Relationships are about eating humble pie."
