OrangePixel has announced the launch of a new platform game for mobile phones, Akira*Hero. The game is based on OrangePixel's own Dynamo Kid games and promises to be a big challenge for everyone.

It brings everything one would expect from a platform game which is head-jumping fun, diamonds and princesses
to save. Including colorful animated backgrounds, graphical effects, great sound-effects and simple and fun head-jumping action the game will be highly appealing and a must have for the true platform game fans out there.

And most of all, it will provide a lot of fun, which is all that platform games are about in the first place. Users will also be able to upload their high-scores on OrangePixel's free global ranking service.

Akira*Hero features nine levels spread over three worlds of challenging platform fun. On top of those nine main levels, there are also more than 30 secret bonus rooms as well as a random game feature that will generate random levels on every go.

"With Akira*Hero we are extending our offering towards the more hard-core gamers. Next to our excellent line-up of single-key and casual brands, we will be creating a couple of new brands aimed more at the die hard gamers who are looking for more action." said Pascal Bestebroer CEO of OrangePixel; "Akira*Hero is the first of these games and should make a clear statement of our goal.".

OrangePixel's Akira*Hero will be available on portals and operator decks worldwide, and you will be able to find a free ad-sponsored version on GameJump.com in the following weeks.
