Nokia Lumia 930, the flagship Windows Phone 8.1 smartphone made official in April this year, is set to become available for purchase via Optus in Australia on July 11, and will arrive at other carriers there soon after.

Optus will be the first operator in the country to add the Lumia 930 to its offering, with Telstra following suit on July 15, and Vodafone expected to release the mobile phone on July 16.

According to Good Gear Guide, no specific info on the pricing of this Windows Phone 8.1 handset at Optus has been provided as of now, but Telstra has already revealed that it will have it at $0 upfront on its $75 (€52) per month plan, while Vodafone will add it to its $76 (€52.5) per month Red plan.

Moreover, it appears that Telstra is planning on making the handset available for purchase at $672 (€464.5) outright, less than Nokia’s RRP of $729 (€504), and much less than what Vodafone will ask for it, namely $899 (€621.5).

Lumia 930 arrives on the market with a 5-inch full HD screen, a 2.2GHz Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal memory. It also sports a 20-megapixel camera on the back, 4G LTE, and all the other usual connectivity capabilities and sensors.
