Chinese company Oppo has just started to sell its hottest Android product, the N1, in Europe. The high-end smartphone is now available for purchase for €450 ($620) off contract, which is a great deal considering the Oppo N1’s specs sheet.

The handset maker also offers a 32GB model on its European online store for €480 ($660). The Oppo N1 is only available in white color and the Chinese company has yet to announce plans for additional color options.

Europeans unfamiliar with the Oppo brand should know that the Chinese company usually sells hundreds of thousands of smartphones in less than 5 minutes in the Mainland.

Oppo has become one of the most popular handset makers in China, which is one of the reasons the company has decided to expand its audience to other regions.

The European market seems to be prolific for some brands like Nokia and Samsung, but I guess there’s room for more. Oppo N1 is the latest high-end smartphone launched by the Chinese company.

It’s one of the first to feature a rotating 13-megapixel camera, which features dual-LED flash, autofocus and full HD (1080p) video recording.

Keep in mind that the Oppo N1 comes with Color OS, which is the company’s take on Android. Oppo claims that the smartphone is powered by Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system, which has received no less than 410 design improvements over the stock version, and 37 unique patents.

In addition, the smartphone is packed with the ability to flash the latest CyanogenMod ROM. The bad news is that Oppo N1 does not support LTE, but owners can take advantage of HSPA+ speeds.

Hardware-wise, the device is equipped with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor clocked at 1.7 GHz, 2GB of RAM and 16GB or 32GB of internal memory. The Oppo N1 does not feature microSD card slot for memory expansion though.

Another selling point of the N1 is the stunning 5.9-inch full HD (1080p) capacitive touchscreen display that features 377ppi (pixel density) and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating.
