Mobile phone users in the United States interested in the purchase of an Oppo N1 smartphone with CyanogenMod loaded on top can now head over to Negri Electronics for that.

The handset can be seen on this page on the retailer’s website with a price tag of $618.50 (€452) attached to it, all dressed up in White. The phone is being sold unlocked and SIM-free.

For those out of the loop, we should note that Oppo N1 was made official last year as the new flagship smartphone from the Chinese handset vendor, with a 5.9-inch full HD screen.

The main selling point of the device, however, is the fact that it offers native support for CyanogenMod software. This means that users can easily install the custom Android platform on it, without having to modify its bootloader.

Moreover, Oppo and CyanogenMod also partnered for the launch of a limited edition of the device, with the CM platform loaded on top right from the start, and this is the version that Negri has started selling now.

The phone sports a 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor inside, paired with 2GB of RAM and with Adreno 320 graphics. It features 16GB of internal memory.

Oppo N1 also comes to the market with a 13-megapixel rotating camera with dual-LED flash, which can be used as a front camera as well.

“The OPPO N1 realizes new possibilities in smartphone photography as the world’s first smartphone with a rotating camera. Its revolutionary camera rotates 206-degrees, and will securely lock at any angle,” the retailer notes.

The specs list of this device also includes Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB v2.0, and USB OTG capabilities, as well as a built-in GPS receiver. The usual set of sensors is also available on this phone.

“Oppo redefines the smartphone with the groundbreaking OPPO N1, with a large 5.9" HD Screen, rotating camera, rear touch panel, and incredible design,” the retailer also notes.
