Oppo Confirms That Find 5 Won’t Land in Europe

The full HD smartphone will be launched in other markets

Those of you who might have hoped that Chinese phone maker Oppo will bring its sleek 5-inch Find 5 smartphone to the European market will be disappointed to learn that this will never happen.

The company has reportedly confirmed that it wouldn’t be making the device available for purchase on this continent.

The handset was made official in China only several weeks ago, and was also said to arrive on shelves in the United States, but European users won’t get a taste of it.

This leaves users on the Old Continent without the possibility to purchase two of the full HD 5-inch smartphones out there, if we include HTC’s Butterfly here as well (Expansys UK says that HTC doesn’t plan on releasing its product in this market either).

Oppo Find 5 sports a quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB of RAM, and a 13MP camera.
