After the success of the World Cup version, Opera Mini Goal '06, the companies have introduced the Opera Mini Endzone '06 mini browser, which is tailored to NFL, NCAA, and fantasy football. The sports-specific browsers provide access to text alerts for live scores, news, and statistics for their respective sports.
The Opera Mini Endzone '06 browser uses 4INFO's WAP-based infrastructure, allowing users to set mobile text alerts for player stats and game scores. It also provides direct links to NFL, NCAA, and fantasy football mobile sites.
