Today’s fresh release from Opera increases the build number of the Next development branch to 15.0.1147.100, which aims to further increase the functionality and stability of the web browser.

The development team announces that Ctrl+Insert and Shift+Insert shortcuts are now fully functional in the address bar; these are actually the hotkeys for the common “copy” and “paste” actions. On the same note, you can now use Ctrl+Shift+V for the “paste and go” command.

Also on the list is the update to a newer Chromium (1500.52).

Additional issues addressed in this revision include a problem with setting the default web browser on Windows 8.

The list is quite large and includes references to the profile import component, the built-in password manager (failed to remember credentials for Facebook), incorrect display of history suggestions or stability problems.

The full set of changes is available on this page.
