14 DAY TRIAL // Opera Software keeps improving all versions of its software, so today a new developer build got out on both Windows and Mac platforms.
Just as expected, Opera 18.0.1284.5 Developer is mostly aimed at fixing bugs and addressing performance issues, so updating is mandatory on both supported platforms.
The official release notes indicate that this new version addresses a crash occurring when clicking on the certificate button in the badge, while also fixing a few visual glitches. The Chromium engine has also been updated to version 1650.8 in the new release.
As far as Windows is concerned, Opera 18 can run on all of them, but don’t forget that it remains a pre-release build that might be slowed down by a number of bugs and performance issues.
