Developer hurries to roll out the new stable version of the web browser

Opera 12.11 is on the brink of being released and the team working on it spares no effort to stabilize the browser as much as possible by testing all the latest changes in development snapshots.

The latest snapshot features stability improvements as well as repairs for a batch of nagging issues. As such, users should no longer experience errors when loading Gmail service over secure connections and printing pages with Google Translate module should not cause Opera to crash.

Also repaired is the problem with zooming on SVG images, as these would not scale correctly.

On Mac, using Eastern European keyboard layouts to type some characters resulted in triggering unwanted actions in the web browser; this has been fixed in the current revision.
