OpenSSH, a 100% complete SSH protocol version 1.3, 1.5 and 2.0 implementation which includes sftp client and server support, is now at version 6.0.

According to the developers, OpenSSH 6.0 is mainly a bugfix release, but nonetheless it should be installed as quickly as possible.

Highlights of OpenSSH 6.0:

· Optional checkpoints for modul screening have been added; · New -k option to load plain keys (skipping certificates) was added; · Wildcard support to PermitOpen was added, allowing things like "PermitOpen localhost:*"; · Support for cancelling local and remote port forwards via the multiplex socket was added; · Unbreak remote portforwarding with dynamic allocated listen ports; · Fix typo in IPQoS parsing: there is no "AF14" class, but there is an "AF21" class.
