Looks like Apple's wrath isn't something the guys at Open Tech are afraid of. While the real Mac maker is wrapping up its suit against Psystar, this company appears to have little to no knowledge of Apple's EULA, which specifically states that OS X Leopard should only run on Apple systems.

Open Tech's Computer is described as follows: "The Open Tech XT is the ultimate pro computer. With an amazing Intel Core 2 Quad processor, a 640 GB hard-drive, 4GB of DDR2 800 MHz, 800 Watt power supply, and an advanced cooling system, also one of the most powerful graphics card the 8800 GT 256mb." Talking about the computer's OS running capabilities, unsurprisingly, Apple's OSX Leopard is first on the list.

"The Open Tech XT is capable of running OS X Leopard, Windows Vista 64bit, Windows Xp 64bit, and Ubuntu 8.04," says Open Tech. "And also many other open source operating systems. Fast is not a problem with the new Open Tech XT."

Hardware specifications are:

- Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.40GHz Processor - 4GB DDR2 800MHz Memory - 640GB Hard drive- 7200 RPM - Optical Drive (Burn and read DVDs and CDs) - CoolerMaster ATX Mid-Tower Case - Integrated Wi-Fi 802.11g

"The Open Tech Computer is meant to be open, you can choose want you want it to be," the company states, taking its own swing at the violation of Apple's antitrust laws, just like Psystar did. "Since the Open Tech Computer is fully customizable, you can customize the RAM, Hard-drive, and the video card. Open Tech Computer 1.0 will launch very soon and have the following specifications."

Sure enough, as soon as Apple's fight with Psystar ends, we will have our answer regarding Open Tech's future on the market as a computer maker. However, there's a small difference between Psystar's Open Computer and Open Tech's newly-announced system: the latter doesn't ship with OS X preloaded. It does ship with instructions on how to get Leopard up and running on it, though.

Pricing and availability for the system have not been announced yet.
